Dr. Amy Leigh Deal comes with 23 years of experience as an educator and combines deep educational expertise with a commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic student success. Dr. Deal is student-focused and has served as a Senior Education Administrator with a decade of leadership experience in driving academic achievement and fostering high-performing school cultures across K–12 settings. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership positions, including High School Principal, Middle School Principal, and Lower Elementary Assistant Principal within the Harlem Children’s Zone. Dr. Deal holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Administration, Leadership & Policy from Fordham University, along with master's degrees from Canisius College and the College of Saint Rose, and certificates in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School Online.
