Lynne Pagano
Board Member
Lynne Pagano is the Co-Founder, The Co-Co, a new model for how people “work” today, providing IRL and digital spaces designed for productivity, connection, and growth. Lynne's path to entrepreneurship has been long and circuitous, propelled by her infectious enthusiasm for listening to and hearing people's stories. Since graduating from college with a B.A. in English and a minor in Business from Villanova University, Lynne redirected her career every ten years, first as a banker, then after attending St. John’s University School of Law, as a lawyer. Lynne and her family moved to London for her husband’s job, and upon return to the States, she enrolled at Rutgers’ School of Social Work and earned a Master of Social Work Degree, thereafter working as a School Social Worker before starting her business. The common denominator between careers has been the search for community and connection. She is a lifelong learner obsessed with Podcasts, which she listens to at double speed while walking/running, infusing her body with exercise and her brain with a learning experience all at once.
