Mrs. Madelyn Brown started her journey at QCACS in 2018 in the newly established position of Dean of Scholar Support Services. She began her career in education in 2010. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Stonehill College, majoring in US History with a minor in Theatre Arts. Mrs. Brown went on to earn her Masters of Teaching from New Jersey City University in 2011. She completed the NJ EXCEL program through the Foundation for Educational Administration in 2017. Mrs. Brown is passionate about the charter school movement and has served her entire tenure in education in charter schools. From 2011 to 2018 she served at M.E.T.S. Charter School in Jersey City and Newark, where she developed a love for working with exceptional scholar populations working first as a teacher, the Supervisor of Student Services, and the Assistant Lead Administrator. She is a proud alumna of Holy Family Academy in Bayonne, NJ. She is passionate about helping each scholar at QCACS grow each and every day, and looks forward to greeting each scholar and fellow faculty member with a smile each morning.
